Status Update!

To all our current and future clients we would like to update you as to what we are doing to combat and get through the current COVID-19 Restrictions and our plans for the coming weeks and beyond. On the 1st of February when the Perth and Peel region was put into the hard lock down, we ceased all residential work and postponed existing bookings to avoid our technicians moving around the area.

We have since put our COVID Safe action plan in place, and are following all government guidelines as far as social distancing, cleaning, sanitizing and the use of facemasks to keep our clients and staff safe. Until further notice our office and workshop is now closed to all non Sense Tech personnel.


At this stage from the 8th of February we will recommence work onsite and will be accepting bookings again for quotes and installations. Our technicians will continue to follow all government guidelines. All of our vehicles have been equipped with sanitizer and facemasks, and to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, at the time of the booking a COVID-19 Pre-Job Screen Questionnaire will be required to be completed prior to commencement of the job. Our Job Management System is also our form of contact tracing, so we know where and when all of our staff have been throughout the work day through our scheduled appointments. We will also no longer be accepting cash payments until further notice.


Any rural appointments to be scheduled outside the Perth & Peel Region will be subject to our technicians obtaining a G2G Pass. We have found in the past approval is granted relatively quickly due to the nature of our business. Lastly we would like to thank all of our current and future clients for your support during this time, we can combat and get through this together!
